hmm.. i don't even know where to begin when talking about animal collective because they're just so fantastical! they've released loads of albums and EPs and all of them have been FANTABULOUS. seriously, über amazing music. their most popular albums sung tongs, here comes the indian, and strawberry jam are all worth listening to. . . a bazillion times over! then then of course there is spirit they're gone spirit they've vanished/danse manatee, hollinndagain, feels, campfire songs, people, prospect hummer, grass, peacebone, who could win a rabbit .. . see what i mean about the list going on and on? and its not even like their music is so extensive that it gets tiring. because it really doesn't.

and now i'm going to go ride my sewww indie authentic retro raleigh and listen to derek (take that mofuckas!)

i wish last.fm would stop saying my top artist of the week was the cinematic orchestra. not that i have anything against them, but the only reason they have so many plays is that i left their album "ma fleur" on repeat overnight. and theyre not my top artist really. so hmm.

can't get enough of these girl's style!! i always rejoice when the shows start up again, because besides the obvious, there's loads of pics of model's style. aggy's and irina l's styles may be more talked about and well known, but i prefer the less "buzzed about" model's styles. besides, agyness is a hot mess and irina l is pretentious and overdone.

my friend fleu revamped her blog (it went from fabo to uberfabo) and since she's such a trendsettin' baby doll, i decided to fresh up this blog a bit too.. nothing major, just warning you that if you think you see something different you are not just hallucinating and nobody put shrooms in your pizza.
this way i can also have bigger pictures and not have to resize everything to disgustingly puny 350pixels wide.
EDIT i forgot to mention i made a poll too, see if people like the old or the new. vote please.
oh and i got my last.fm listening chart thingy so now you can see what im listening too when etc etc.. creepy? it would be if it wasn't music.

today was the last day of school oh my god thank god i am so happy going out now out out out to celebrate this joyous occasion and most likely staying out too late although i suppose nothing is ever late enough.

mm this is a good sunday morning, a very good one indeed.
listening to dusty springfield and watching the rain and eating oatmeal with strawberries.
one. week. of. school. aka five days. then exams, but thats only two days.
i will live, somehow. and then once it's all over, i will really live.
friday turned out to be such a gong show aka i was being my normal badass self.
todays plans include:
studying (bahhhh)
aand baking a cake. funstuff,.
and yayforme as i added last.fm to the blog! theres a playlist for now until i get my scrobbler thingy itunes thingy working. :)

tonight is out again, of course, etc etc.
only five more days of school thankgoditsimplycantcomefastenough.
i will spend the next few nights gazing at the stars and
all i really want to do is lay around and throw balloons filled with
paint at the ceiling and be floaty and project dinosaurs on
the walls with old projectors from school and
have the flat with hanna and wake up at 11 and eat oatmeal
on the fire escape and
